Wu Yi, Tian Lipu honored in 50 Global IP People of the Year

The latest issue of British-based Management of Intellectual Property magazine released the List of 50 Influential People in Global Intellectual Property in 2007, which includes 10 women and 39 men from 19 countries. Wu Yi, the Vice Primer of China, and Tian Lipu, Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office of P.R.C, were included in the list again.

        Of these people selected, nearly one fifth are involved in IP-related work and teaching, and one fifth are engaged with IP policy making. The list also includes 16 industry representatives, seven national, regional and international IP organization chiefs and six chief justices. Compared with the list released last year, nearly a half were new faces, a phenomenon indicating possible shifting of focus, interests in IP issues and new appointments in some leadership positions.(by Jinhui)

吴仪、田力普入选全球知识产权界50位最具影响人物

本报讯　最新一期的英国《知识产权管理》杂志刊出《2007年全球知识产权界50位最具影响人物名录》，共有来自19个国家的10位女士和39位男士获此殊荣。中国国务院副总理吴仪和国家知识产权局局长田力普再度入选。

        在这些上榜人物中，近1/5从事知识产权活动及教学工作，1/5参与知识产权政策的制定工作，16位行业代表，7位国家、地区或国际知识产权机构负责人，6位大法官。同去年相比，今年入选该名录的人物中有近一半是新面孔，这表明知识产权事务的重心、争论焦点及某些职位的任命已发生些许变化。（锦 慧）
