In 1984 Patent Service Center of MPT was founded
in 1998 Changed the name into Patent Service Center of MII in 2001 Beijing DEQI Intellectual Property Law Corporation was founded. in 2002 Approved by the Chinese State Intellectual Property Office to become a foreign-related patent agency We are dedicated to provide a comprehensive service on all aspects in connection with intellectual property rights. The fields of our practice range extensively from patent application and prosecution, trademark design and application, consultation, litigation, licensing, searching and translation. To assure the best quality service, we have built up a strong working team of attorneys and engineers who are experts in various science and technology disciplines, from the engineering and technical fields of aviation, architecture, civil engineer, chemistry, computer, electronics and mechanics to biotechnology, medicine and information processing system. Our detailed fields of practice are as follows: (1) Filing, administrating and prosecuting of patents, utility models and designs at both domestic and international level with the Chinese State Intellectual Property Office and under PCT Cooperation Treaty. (2) Trademark consultation, design, application, prosecution before the Chinese Trademark Office and under Madrid Treaty. In addition, assisting clients in drawing up trademark protection and administration strategies which are compatible with their own features so as to consolidate their long-range development is also among our routine trademark work. (3) Conducting patent searches in terms of the patent application??s novelty, inventiveness, conformity with the requirements of the patent law, possible infringement against those published patent applications etc. Conducting trademark searches in terms of the conformity with the requirements of the trademark law, possible infringements against published or registered prior rights. (5) With respect to litigation, we are highly experienced in filing request for invalidation of patents before the Chinese State Intellectual Property Office, filing trademark opposition before the Chinese Trademark Office, filing review request with the Chinese Trademark Review and Adjudication Board and so on. Regarding litigation with the courts, we will work closely with the counsels of the clients and prepare detailed and convincing statements.
