NTD Patent & Trademark Agency Limited
is one of the four earliest firms officially designated by the State Council and StateAdministration for Industry and Commerce of the People''s Republic of China to represent foreign clients in the field of patent and trademark. After years of development, the firm has grown into one of the largest and leading law firms specializing in all areas of intellectual property law. With its headquarters in Hong Kong, NTD has set up main office in Beijing and offices in Shenzhen, Washington D C in United States, Munich in Germany, Paris in France and Tokyo in Japan.
The firm has approximately 150 professionals, including 13 lawyers and 52 patent and trademark attorneys. Many of our attorneys have either received training in the law firms or have obtained a degree or diploma in intellectual property and related laws in U.S., Japan or Europe. We cover all the major disciplines from traditional technologies such as mechanics, chemistry and electrical engineering to high technologies such as communications, computer network, bio-technology, etc. With expertise in patent, trademark and copyright and required knowledge of language skills, our professionals can provide services which cover different stages for securing the protection of intellectual property rights. A combination of legal and technical expertise as well as working experience of our attorneys guarantees an excellent representation for clients. Internationally, the firm has established good partnership with law firms or intellectual property agencies in more than 70 countries and regions worldwide.
