Jiangsu Promulgates IP Strategy Program

Recently, the "Intellectual Property Strategy Program of Jiangsu Province" was approved by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and started implementation in 2009.

The program contains 35 articles, including prologue, guiding ideology, development goals, key tasks and measures.

With the principal of innovation, application, protection and management, the program aims to enhance the capability of independent innovation and industrial competitiveness, cultivate independent intellectual property rights, promote IPR industrialization and speed up the establishment of IPR cultivation, application, protection and management system in Jiangsu.

The provincial party committee and government also attach great importance to the implementation of IP strategy. Experts from IP office and related departments have carried out in-depth research and planning before the start of IP strategy implementation.
