Canada Keeps Two-Anti Duties on China Semiconductor Coolers-Warmers
[2013-12-13 17:17:17]
On December 10, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced its sunset-review ruling on the semiconductor thermoelectric coolers-warmers from China as below:
Revoking the antidumping and anti-subsidy duty orders would lead to large increase of such extra-lower-priced products from China, thus probably posing material injury to Canadian domestic industry.
So the Tribunal decided to maintain the applied antidumping and anti-subsidy measures.
In December 2008, Canada formally started to impose on the Chinese products the antidumping duties at 16.7%-37% and anti-subsidy duties at 0.8%-14.1%.
