EU Cancels AD Midterm Review on Indian PET

On June 28, 2012, the European Commission announced that it has decided to cancel its antidumping (AD) midterm review on India-made PET (polyethylene terephthalate) because the complainers revoked their review petition on April 18, 2012.
In April 2011, the EU started the antidumping midterm-review probe in April 2011, which is under HS Code 39076020.
