Ministry of Commerce of People's Republic of China Collects Anti-dumping Duties

Ministry of Commerce decide to take anti-dumping duties on imported spandex orignated from Japan, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan and the United States. Besides,INVISTA (Singapore) Fibres Pte. Ltd. involved in spandex anti-dumping cases will changes name to INVISTA SINGAPORE FIBRES PTE. LTD. which is applicable to 10.85% tax rate of anti-dumping duties.
The products under investigation for anti-dumping exported to the mainland of China by INVISTA (Singapore) Fibres Pte. Ltd is applicable to 61% tax rate of anti-dumping duties which is used in other Singapore companies involved in spandex anti-dumping cases.
The announcement shall enter into effect on September 22, 2008.
