The U.S. Two-Anti Sunset-Review Ruling on Norwegian Trout

On Jan. 26, 2012, regarding industrial injury by fresh/frozen Atlantic trout from Norway, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced its final anti-dumping and anti-subsidy sunset-review ruling that removal of the anti-dumping measures will cause continuation or reoccurrence of the material injury to U.S. domestic industries in a reasonable and foreseeable time.

According to the ruling, the U.S. Department of Commerce will continue the anti-dumping duties on those Norwegian trout.

The Department started the double-anti probe on March 9, 1990 and made a final ruling on February 25, 1991.
