U.S. Final AD Ruling on UAE's Steel Nails

On March 20, 2012, U.S. Department of Commerce released a notice on its final antidumping (AD) ruling on the steel nails from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) (see the table below).

According to legal procedures, U.S. International Trade Commission will make a final ruling on this case on May 3, 2012, if it is an affirmative ruling, the Department of Commerce will issue an antidumping-duty order.

On April 20, 2011, the Department launched the antidumping investigation under HS codes 73170055, 73170065 and 73170075.

On November 3, 2011, the Department made a preliminary antidumping ruling on this case, with the antidumping duty 19.23%-61.54% on the UAE's enterprises involved.
