GACC Announcement 92, 2010 on HS Code Adjustment on Import Goods under Anti-Dumping Duties

Announcement No. 92, 2010 of the General Administration of Customs of the P. R. China (GACC)
Matters concerning the infilling of HS Codes of imports/exports under anti-dumping duties are hereby announced as follows:
1. As from January 1, 2011, when declaring importation of goods listed in the Annex subject to anti-dumping tariffs, the importer concerned shall according to the adjusted HS Codes specified in the Annex.
2. Other matters concerning the imposition of antidumping tariffs on imports listed in the Annex shall be implemented as per regulations specified in relevant Announcements.
