In accordance with Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of the Import and Export of Goods as well as Interim Measures for the Administration of Import Tariff Quotas of Chemical Fertilizer, Total Import Amount, Distribution Principle and Relevant Procedures of Tariff Quotas of Chemical Fertilizer in 2013 has been formulated and it is hereby to be announced for earnest compliance and implementation.
