General Administration of Customs Collects Anti-dumping Duties on Imported Pheno

Tariff Commission of the State Council imposed anti-dumping duties on imported phenol originated from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and the United Stated from 1st Feb. 2004 to 1st Feb. 2009.
As the period for collecting anti-dumping duties is meeting its deadline and in accordance with the application of related domestic enterprises, Ministry of Commerce decides to take final re-examination investigation on anti-dumping measures imposed on imported phenol originated from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and the United State.
During the final re-examination investigation period, the anti-dumping duties collected on imported phenol originated from Japan, Korean, America and Taiwan Areas is continues according to the scope of taxation and tax rate of anti-dumping duties in No.3 announcement in 2004,No.50 announcement in 2006 and No.65 announcement in 2007 promulgated by General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China.
