Guidelines for the Inspection of Import and Export Chemical and Mineral Products
I. Operation Overview
The inspection of import and export chemical and mineral products mainly means the entry-exit inspection of such commodities as metallic material and products thereof, metallic mineral products, ferroalloy, stones, coal, petroleum, chemical industrial and the relevant products thereof, fertilizers, plastics and plastic products, rubber and rubber products, ceramic products, fireworks and crackers.
II. Handling Procedure
(I) Accept applications for inspection;
(II) Define the time and place of inspection;
(III) Inspection departments carry out inspection pursuant to contacts, standards and relevant administrative provisions, etc.
(IV) Inspection departments issue related inspection certificates and documents.
III. Material for Exit-Entry Inspection
(I) Material for inspection of the outbound commodities:
1. Certificate for inspection;
2. Contract;
3. Inspection sheet within manufactory;
4. Packing list;
5. Weight list;
6. Other documents shall be provided.
(II) Material for entry inspection of the inbound commodities:
1. Certificate for inspection;
2. Contract;
3. Invoice;
4. Bill of lading;
5. Packing list;
6. Warranty paper;
7. Tallying list;
8. Weight list;
9. Other documents shall be provided.
