No.64 Announcement of the General Administration of Customs in 2009

With the approval from the State Council, from October 1, 2009, China will implement the 2009 Conventional Tariff between China and ASEAN on some commodities originated from Philippines, Laos and Cambodia.
The commodity names in the Table of 2009 Conventional Tariff Between China and ASEAN used in short form, and the scope is in conformity with the commodity in the Customs Import and Export Tariff of the People's Republic of China in 2009.
This announcement shall come into effect on October 1, 2009, and the No.37 Announcement of the General Administration of Customs will be abolished simultaneously.
