India Launches Anti-Dumping Investigations on Seamless Steel Tube from China

On January 12, 2010, Indian Commerce and Industry Bureau issued a public notice of initiating anti-dumping investigations on seamless steel pipe originated from China. The relevant details information are as following :
The applicant:ISMT Limited;
Involved product tariff item:7304;
Dumping investigation period: From April 2008 to June 2009;
Damage investigation period: from April 2005 to June 2009.
This is the second time that India took the anti-dumping investigation on China during this year, and the relevant information should be submitted by the stakeholders within 40 days after the announcement.
