Turkey Started Sunset Review of Anti-Dumping Investigations on Chinese Polyureth

January 22nd, 2010, in reply to the domestic industry application, Turkey started sunset review of anti-dumping investigations on Chinese polyurethane impregnated textiles, including products with the tariff items of 5903.20.10.10.00, 5903.20.10.90.00, 5903.20.90.10.00, and 5903.20.90.90.00. The investigation period is from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009.
In June 2004, Turkey, Turkey started anti-dumping investigations on Chinese polyurethane impregnated textiles; in February 2005, Turkey made affirmative final determination on the case.
