On imposing anti-dumping duty on imports of phenol originating in Japan, South Korea, the United States and Taiwan

In 2004, the State Council Tariff Commission decided to impose anti-dumping duties on phenol originating in Japan, South Korea, the United States and Taiwan for five years since February 1, 2004. According to anti-dumping measures end-review findings, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council decided to continue to levy anti-dumping duty for a period of five years on phenol originating in Japan, South Korea, the United States and Taiwan from January 31, 2010 onwards. The matters are announced as follows:
 
Since January 31, 2010, phenol imported from Japan, South Korea, the United States and Taiwan, should continue to be levied anti-dumping duties under the range of products, tax rates and formulas in accordance to Announcement of the General Administration of Customs No. 3, 2004, No. 50, 2006, No. 65, 2007, and No. 77, 2009.
