Four New Standards on Textile Industry to Implement in April

Recently, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released Announcement [2009] No.63 to approve 77 standards in textile industry, among those four items involved in silk industry.
They are Test Method on the Gum Content of Silk, Chemical Method on Measurement of Mulberry Silk Content of Mulberry or Tussah Products, Raw Silk with Coarse Sizes and Silkworm Doupion Silk Fabric.
It is known that these new standards shall take into effect as of April 1st, 2010.
