China to Issue Business License of Foreign-Invested Partnership Enterprise

The Administrative Measures for the Establishment of Partnership Enterprises within China by Foreign Enterprises or Individuals promulgated by the State Council of China shall be implemented on March 1, 2010, when the Business License of Foreign-Invested Partnership Enterprise formulated by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of China will also be simultaneously issued.
The business license is divided into original and duplicate, with the original fit for hanging and the duplicate fit for folding. The original of the business license is printed the emblem design of the People's Republic of China, title of the business license, registration items, guidance notes, words of "made by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China" and false proof mark while the duplicate has no emblem design.
A foreign-invested partnership enterprise refers to the partnership established by 2 or more foreign enterprises or individuals within China or the partnership set up by foreign enterprise or individual and Chinese natural person, legal person or other organizations within China.
