China to Release Policies and Measures to Promote Sound Development of Remanufac

Based on the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) on April 26, for the purpose of promoting economy to form a large scale and foster new economic growth points, the NDRC will in this and next years formulate the Program for the Development of the Remanufacturing Industry together with relevant departments to specify the goal, key tasks and guarantee measures of China in promoting the sound development of the remanufacturing industry in the "twelfth Five-Year Plan".
To perfect laws and regulations, in this and next years, the NDRC will deliberate and formulate the Administrative Measures for the Remanufacturing Auto Parts and Components to solve such problems as remanufacturing enterprise capability management, registration and record of remanufactured engine products and remanufacturing identifier management; immediately revise the Administrative Measures for the Recycle of Scraped Cars with relevant departments to eliminate the legal barriers affecting the development of the remanufacturing industry; and formulate the catalogue on managing the import and export of remanufactured products.
