China to Issue Almost 1m Tons of Additional Cotton Import Quotas

China will issue an almost 1 million tons in additional cotton import quotas, the China Cotton Association said in a statement on its website on June 25.
The government has also approved a plan to sell more cotton from state stockpiles and may offload 600,000 tons, it said.
