Minerals Stock in Shortage, China to Stop or Limit Mining
[2010-06-30 08:39:35]
According to an insider from the foreign reports, China will stop the production of minerals or conduct the production with quotas, and try to reduce the current annual production to not more than one tenth, considering issues such as the insufficient stock of minerals' not being able to meet the demand of China's economic development in the next ten years and the prevention of China's supply shortage of minerals in a world-class war.
Since the reduction or stoppage of production will soon push up international mineral price, up to the end of 2010, the price of minerals may double the current price or more.
However, it will be of great help to China's upgrade in industries, relevant top leaders said.
