China Specifies Taxation Policies for Insurance Protection Fund

It was known by the reporter from the Ministry of Finance (MOF) on September 14 that the MOF, together with the General Administration of Taxation (GAT) recently issued the circular to specify related taxation policies for insurance protection fund.
The circular shall be valid from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2011. The business tax paid by the insurance protection fund companies from January 1, 2009 to the date when the circular is notified and that should be exempted shall be deducted from the business tax to be paid.
