Announcement No. 74, 2010 of the General Administration of Customs of P. R. China

In accordance with the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, the Mainland and Macao Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, and relevant supplementary agreements, the General Administration of Customs of China formulated the Table of the Origin Criteria for the Newly Added Goods from Hong Kong Region Entitled to Zero Tariff from January 1, 2011 (See Annex 1) and the Table of the Origin Criteria for the Newly Added Goods from Macao Region Entitled to Zero Tariff from January. 1, 2011 (See Annex 2), which are hereby promulgated and shall be implemented as of January 1, 2011.
The scope of goods in simplified names as used in the two Tables above is identical with that of goods under the corresponding HS Codes in the Customs Import and Export Tariff of the People's Republic of China of 2010.
