Announcement No. 76, 2010 of the General Administration of Customs of P. R. China

To guarantee the unitarity and coordination of China Customs legal system, promoting the law-based customs administration, this Announcement hereby promulgates the catalogs of customs regulatory documents respectively repealed and declared as invalid by decisions of the General Administration of Customs of China (See Annexes).
The regulatory documents listed in the annexed catalogs shall stop from force as of the issuing date of this Announcement.
