China's MOFCOM Announces Anti-Dumping Measures on Epichlorohydrin to Expire

On December 28, 2010, an Announcement by the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) of China said that the anti-dumping measures on epichlorohydrin originating in Russia, the R. O. Korea, Japan and the U.S. would expire on June 28, 2011.
From the issuing date of this Announcement, domestic industries, or natural persons and legal persons representing domestic industries, or related organizations can file an application on paper for final review to the Ministry of Commerce 60 days before the expiry date of the anti-dumping measures.
If the domestic industries, or natural persons and legal persons representing domestic industries, or related organizations fail to file an application in accordance with this Announcement, and the Ministry of Commerce does not take initiative final review before the expiry date of the anti-dumping measures, the related anti-dumping measures are to terminate at the end of the expiry date.
