GACC Decree 201 on Goods Imp. & Exp. by Foreign-Invested Enterprises

The General Administration of Customs of China (GACC) has deliberated and adopted on November 15, 2010, through its administrative conference, the Decision of the General Administration of Customs for Repealing the Measures of the Customs of the P. R. China on Supervision, Taxation and Tax-Exemption over Goods Import & Export by Foreign-Invested Enterprises, which is hereby promulgated and to take effect from March 1, 2011.
