GACC Announcement 6, 2011 on Entry Articles' HS Codes & Tariffs

Announcement No. 6, 2011 of the General Administration of Customs of the P. R. China (GACC)
After approval by the State Council of China, adjustment may apply to HS Codes and tariff rates on entry articles from the date of January 27, 2011, relevant matters hereby announced below:
1. In the P. R. China's Import Tariff Schedule on Entry Articles, formerly HS Code 2-covered computers, video camcorders, digital cameras and other IT products are classified under HS Code 1 with tariff rates reduced to 10% from 20%.
2. Formerly HS Code 2-covered "cameras" is renamed to "television cameras" with tariff rates unchanged.
3. The adjusted China's Import Schedule on Entry Articles is annexed to this Announcement.
