Announcement No. 2, 2011 of the General Administration of Customs of the P. R. China (GACC)
To regulate the import of catalysts, activators, abrasives, and fuels by foreign-invested enterprises in China, relevant matters are hereby announced:
From March 1, 2011, China Customs may supervise on a bonded basis any catalysts, activators, abrasives, and fuels imported on reasonable quantity by foreign-invested enterprises, which are used for direct processing of export products while consumed away in the processes.
