GACC Announcement 7, 2011 on Nylon-6 Slices Anti-Dumping Duties

Announcement No. 7, 2011 of the General Administration of Customs of the P. R. China (GACC)
According to the P. R. China's Anti-Dumping Regulations, the State Council's Customs Tariff Commission had decided to levy 5-year anti-dumping duties as from April 22, 2010 on nylon-6 slices (also called polyamide-6 slices) originating in the USA, EU, Russia, and Taiwan region, leading to the issue of GACC's Announcement No. 27, 2010.
Whereas the HS Code of nylon-6 slices has been adjusted to 39081012 in the 2011's Customs Import & Export Tariffs of the P. R. China, hereby announced are relevant matters on the anti-dumping duties concerned:
1. When declaring the import of nylon-6 slices, importers shall fill in 3908101200 as the corresponding HS Code.
2. Other matters on the anti-dumping duties may still be referred to regulations in the GACC's Announcement No. 27, 2010.
