Announcement No. 39, 2011 of the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC)
As per the Regulations on Criteria of Substantial Transformation in Non-Preferential Rules of Origin (GACC Decree No. 122), hereby released below are the non-preferential criteria of origin adjusted for products under HS Codes 8412 and 9026:
The origin criterion of the products under HS Codes 8412 and 9026 shall be revised from current "tariff classification change" into "tariff classification change or ad valorem percentage of 30%".
Information announced herein shall come into force from the date of release.
