MOFCOM Announcement 34, 2011 for Anti-Dumping on Epoxy Chloropropane

Announcement No. 34, 2011 of the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) of China on Launching Anti-Dumping Sunset-Review Investigation on Epoxy Chloropropane Originating in Russia, South Korea, Japan and the U.S..

As per Article 48 of the Anti-Dumping Regulations of the P. R. China, China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) decided to launch anti-dumping sunset-review investigation from June 28, 2011 on epoxy chloropropane originating in Russia, South Korea, Japan and the U.S..

Products involved in the review investigation are those applicable to the original anti-dumping measures and in accordance with the range of products in the MOFCOM Announcement No. 44, 2006, falling into Chinese HS Code 29103000 according to the Customs Import and Export Tariff of the P. R. China.

According to the MOFCOM's suggestion, the Customs Tariff Commission of China's State Council has decided to continue during the investigation period the anti-dumping duties on epoxy chloropropane from Russia, South Korea, Japan and the U.S. as per the taxation scope and anti-dumping duty rates released in the MOFCOM Announcement No. 44, 2006.
