China's Notice on Zero Tariff for CEPA-Covered Goods

Notice of the State Council of China on Zero Tariff Treatment in 2011's Latter Half for Part of Goods under China's Mainland-Hong Kong/Macao Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA)
 
General Administration of Customs of China:

As per China's Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA), Mainland and Macao Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, and their supplemental agreements, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council of China hereby determines that zero tariff treatment shall be applied as of July 1, 2011 to ten (10) items of goods originating in Hong Kong region and one (1) item of goods originating in Macao region, all of which have been completed recently in terms of the approval of origin criteria.

The goods and tariffs concerned are annexed herein as follows respectively.
