MOFCOM Announcement 46, 2011 for Anti-Subsidy on EU Potato Starch

Announcement No. 46, 2011 of the Ministry of Commerce of China (MOFCOM) for Extension of Anti-Subsidy on Importing Potato Starch from the European Union (EU)
As per the Anti-Subsidy Regulations of the P. R. China, the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) herein formally announced on August 30, 2010 its start of an anti-subsidy investigation into import potato starch originating in the European Union (EU).
In view of the specificity and complexity of this case, as per Article 27 of the Anti-Subsidy Regulations, the MOFCOM hereby decides to extend the period of investigation for one (1) month, so its investigation is to expire on September 30, 2011.
