GACC Announcement 60, 2011 on Spandex Anti-Dumping Duties

In 2006, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council decided to levy anti-dumping duties on import spandex originating in Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan region and the U.S. for five years starting from October 13, 2006.

On the expiry of the anti-dumping duties, the Customs Tariff Commission hereby decides the continuation of the anti-dumping duties on such importing spandex during the final review of the anti-dumping measures.

Relevant matters are announced below:

As from October 13, 2011, China Customs shall continue levying the anti-dumping duties on import spandex originating in Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan region and the U.S. (under 2011's HS Codes 54024410, 54026920 and 5402490001) as per relevant regulations in GACC Announcements No. 58 of 2006, No. 38 of 2008, No. 71 of 2008 and No. 11 of 2010.
