Announcement No. 69, 2011 of the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC)
As per the Joint Communique between the P. R. China and the R. O. South Sudan on Establishment of Diplomatic Relation, hereby adjusted is China Customs' Countries (Regions) Code Table, which shall be added with "the Republic of South Sudan" with the code "260".
General tariff rates may apply to import goods originating in the Republic of South Sudan, and general tonnage-tax rates may apply to ships having the nationality of the Republic of South Sudan.
The added country name, code and applied tax rates shall all take effect as from November 25, 2011.
