Cambodia's Polished Rice Gain Inspection/Quarantine Access to China

On November 22, 2011, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection & Quarantine (AQSIQ) of China released its Announcement No. 168 of 2011.
According to the Announcement, Cambodia-made polished rice are granted the qualification for export to China in terms of inspection and quarantine access.
From the issuing date of the Announcement, permission is accorded to the imports of polished rice from Cambodia (HS Codes 1006301001, 1006301090, 1006309001 and 1006309090), which shall meet the requirements by the Protocol between the AQSIQ and Cambodia's Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries on Plant Hygiene Requirements for Cambodia- Exported Polished Rice to China.
