MOFCOM Announces Longer AD Probe on U.S. Dry Corn Vinasse

Announcement No. 86, 2011 of the Ministry of Commerce of China (MOFCOM)
In accordance with the Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, on December 28, 2010, China Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) formally announced its launch of antidumping (AD) investigation into dry corn vinasse originating in the United States.
In consideration of the specificity and complexity of this case, as per the Article 26 of the Anti-Dumping Regulations above, the MOFCOM has decided to prolong the investigation period thereof for six (6) months, namely until June 28, 2012.
