GACC Announcement 3, 2012 on New Classification Decision

In order to facilitate correct classification of import and export goods by relevant consignors/consignees and agents, the GACC hereby releases China's Decision of 2012 on Commodity Classification (see the Annex herein) in accordance with the Administrative Regulations of the P. R. China on Customs Classification of Import & Export Goods (GACC Decree No. 158).

The Decision on Commodity Classification herein shall come into force from February 1 of 2012.

Where any changes occur in relevant Chinese governing laws or regulations, the Decision herein shall cease to be effective simultaneously.
