According to China's Anti-Dumping Regulations, the MOFCOM issued its Announcement No. 99 of 2010 on December 28, 2010 to start an antidumping (AD) investigation into the import distillers dried grains with soluble (DDGS) from the U.S. under Chinese HS Code 23033000.
The MOFCOM has investigated the U.S. DDGS dumping act, dumping margin, and extent of injury to Chinese industries.
The MOFCOM hereby decides to terminate the antidumping investigation on/from the issue date of this Announcement because of the termination jointly requested on May 10, 2012 by Chinese petitioners COFCO BIOCHEMICAL ANHUI CO., LTD., Jilin Fuel Ethanol Co., Ltd., Meihekou Fukang Alcohol Co., Ltd. and JiLin Province New TianLong Wine Industry Co., Ltd.
