According to China's Law on Inspection of Import & Export Commodities and its implementation regulations, the AQSIQ and the GACC hereby decide to jointly make adjustment of the Catalog Of Entry-Exit Commodities Subject To Entry-Exit Inspection & Quarantine Organs (the Statutory Inspection Catalog for short) by canceling the inspection and quarantine supervision on the commodities under 235 HS Codes regarding textiles, chemicals and minerals (see the Annex).
This Announcement shall come into force from August 1, 2012.
