GACC Announcement No. 47, 2012 on Origin Certificate under China-Costa Rica FTA

By the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC)

As ruled by China-Costa Rica Free Trade Commission, some adjustments have been made to back-page description for some columns of the Preference Certificate Of Origin under China-Costa Rica Free Trade Agreement (FTA).

Relevant matters are hereby announced:

A transitional period is from October 14, 2012 till October 14, 2013, during which the Chinese importers may submit to China Customs the Certificates Of Origin specified by the China Customs Administrative Measures On Origin Of Imports & Exports Under China-Costa Rica Free Trade Agreement (GACC Decree No. 202) or the new form of Certificate Of Origin annexed hereto, which shall be issued by Costa Rican certifying authority to the exporters involved.

As of October 15, 2013, the importers involved shall submit to China Customs the new form of Certificate Of Origin issued by Costa Rican certifying authority.
