GACC Announcement No. 52, 2012 on Dadeng-Taiwan Free Trade Market Duty Adjustment

By the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC)
Upon approval by China State Council, as of November 1, 2012, the GACC hereby adjusts the policies of taxation over Xiamen Dadeng-Taiwan Small Goods Free Trade Market, as follows:
The total value of duty-free made-in-Taiwan goods carried from the Free Trade Market into mainland customs territory shall be increased from CNY 3,000 per person and per day to CNY 6,000 per person and per day.
Some of entry goods from the Free Trade Market shall be subject to limitation of their quantity or volume as regulated in the annex hereto.
Annex: List of Duty-Free Goods under Quantity Limit from Xiamen Dadeng-Taiwan Small Goods Free Trade Market
