GACC Announcement No. 59, 2012 on Origin Criteria for Zero-Duty HongKong/Macao Goods from 2013

 
In accordance with China's Mainland-Hong Kong and Mainland-Macao Closer Economic Partnership Arrangements (CEPA) respectively, the GACC hereby formulates the Origin Criteria for Added Hong Kong Goods under Zero Duty from January 1, 2013 (Annex 1) and the Origin Criteria for Added Macao Goods under Zero Duty from January 1, 2013 (Annex 2), both of which shall come into force as of January 1, 2013.

The annexed Origin Criteria tables use simplified description of products that are consistent in scope with those in China Import and Export Tariff Schedule of 2012.

Annex:

1. Table of Origin Criteria for Added Hong Kong Goods under Zero Duty from January 1, 2013;

2. Table of Origin Criteria for Added Macao Goods under Zero Duty from January 1, 2013.
