GACC Announcement No. 60, 2012 on 2012 Classification Decision Ⅱ

To help importers and exporters correctly classify commodities, the GACC hereby decides to promulgate its Decision Ⅱ of 2012 on Commodity Classification (annexed hereto) in accordance with GACC Decree No. 158 regulations.
This Classification Decision shall come into force from January 1, 2013; upon any changes in the laws or regulations governing it, this Decision shall cease to be effective simultaneously.
