MOFCOM and GACC Announcement No.94, 2012 on Releasing the 2013 Catalogue of Goods Subject to Automatic Import License Administration

In accordance with Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of the Import and Export of Goods and Measures for the Administration of Automatic Import License for Goods, the 2013 Catalogue of Goods Subject to Automatic Import License Administration is now published for execution as of January 1, 2013, while the 2012 Catalogue of Goods Subject to Automatic Import License Administration shall be repealed at the same time.
