AQSIQ-GACC Announcement No. 204, 2012 Adjusts Imp/Exp Inspection-Quarantine Goods

In accordance with China Law/Regulations on Import-Export Inspections, China General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection & Quarantine (AQSIQ) and General Administration of Customs (GACC) have decided to jointly adjust China's Catalog of Entry-Exit Goods Subject to Entry-Exit Inspection & Quarantine Agencies by granting reduction or exemption from import/export inspection and quarantine to 22 HS Codes-covered goods as in the categories of textile and electro-machinery (see the Annex hereto).
This Announcement shall come into force on December 15, 2012.
