GACC Announcement No. 5, 2013 on China Tariff Subhead Notes

The Chinese Subheading Notes in China Import & Export Tariff Schedule serve as one of legal bases on which Chinese customs, government agencies, businesses and individuals classify import and export goods.
The General Administration of Customs (GACC) hereby announces that it has compiled 2013 version of the Chinese Subheading Notes in China Import & Export Tariff Schedule containing adjustment and addition of some Chinese own subheading notes.
This Announcement shall come into force on February 1, 2013, along with simultaneous repeal of GACC Announcement No. 62 of 2010.
