GACC Announcement No. 6, 2013 on EU Potato Starch Dumping

In 2007, the Customs Tariff Commission under the State Council of China approved an antidumping (AD) duty on potato starch from the EU for five years from February 6, 2007.
The Customs Tariff Commission hereby decides to continue the antidumping duty on EU potato starch, as follows:
As of February 6, 2013, China Customs shall continue the antidumping duty on potato starch from the EU (HS Code 11081300) in accordance with GACC Announcements No. 4 of 2007 and No. 23 of 2011.
