GACC Announcement No. 8, 2013 on Non-Dispersion-Shifted Fibers from South Korea

The Customs Tariff Commission of China has decided to adjust the antidumping duty rates on the non-dispersion-shifted single-mode fibers from South Korea, as follows:
As of March 5, 2013, China Customs shall levy antidumping duties on the South Korean non-dispersion-shifted single-mode fibers as per the adjusted antidumping rates on the South Korean manufacturers below:
LS Cable & System Ltd. - 9.1%;
TAIHAN Fiberoptics Co., LTD. - 7.9%;
All Others – 46%
Other relevant matters may resort to effective GACC announcements.
